"One of the reasons why many converting solutions for digitally printed webs are possible with this machine is that the system enables on or off line converting." states Tony Bell, A B Graphic International Ltd's Sales Manager.

"Servo driven web tension control permits a wide range of substrates to be converted from self-adhesive labels to folding cartons, shrink films, inmould labels and even novelty items such as fridge magnets and mouse mats".

The Digicon can be supplied complete with hot foil stamping, varnishing, die cutting and slitting and rewinding capabilities.

As an option, customers can elect to have a UV flexographic printing station that enables varnishing, wet laminating and cold foiling processes to be carried out.

Other options include self-wound over laminating and over laminating with carrier, super-varnishing, infeed nip modules, unwind for off-line use and daylight correction system.
