Formed in 1992, Label Tech prints and converts UV flexo labels for the software, FMCG, retail and industrial markets running mostly paper, synthetic and plastic substrates. The company serves both the home and export markets offering flexible on-demand label printing solutions from design concept to finished product and is now one of the leaders in label technology in Ireland.

The Omega component includes a pneumatic unwind mandrel with auto-brake tension control, important for processing synthetic and plastic substrates, an inspection table with master roll splice, electronic web guidance, scissor slitting, label in/out selection, total and batch count and a twin rotary die base with matrix stripping. The Vectra turret rewinder completes the automated label converting system by incorporating four air mandrels, hot melt core gluing and an auto roll eject mechanism. ”
