Digital Die Shop software
The Sabre Extreme comes with the unique Digital Die Shop
software enabling you to import, create or edit die patterns.
DDS gives you the ability to test each job on a virtual
machine, including an estimated maximum run speed,
before going live. |

Data Transfer
All jobs can be prepared off line, in an office
environment, and either downloaded through an
ethernet cable or via a removable storage device. |

Operating System
Sabre Extreme operating system is very user-friendly
and utilises Windows-based software.
As the current job is running, new files can be loaded
and then changed over on the fly.
Files can be stored on the system for future use. |

Cutting Area
2 x 200 watt lasers are used, one for each side of
the web.
The long exposure photograph on the left shows
the laser cutting path.
All fumes are extracted and filtered. |

Finished Product
After cutting, the labels are matrix stripped and rewound
in the conventional way.
In addition to self adhesive products, the Sabre Extreme
laser is capable of cutting through substrates to remove
holes/slots, etc. |
