New to A B Graphic International Ltds product range, the RTS Sheeter was officially launched at Label Expo 2009.

Designed to run both offline and inline with a converting line or press, the RTS can achieve running speeds of 40 metres a minute for an A4 size sheet, producing 150 labels a minute. Available in 330, 410 and 510 widths the RTS can achieve a cutting tolerance of 0.15mm regardless of running speed.

The RTS will count, space and bunch sheets in predetermined quantities on the belt conveyor. The servo driven RTS Sheeter can cut to label length, cut to register and also cut to length for plain paper work.

A slide out rotary knife box is available as an option. Designed for easy access and quick set up times the knives can slit widths down to 20mm while sheeting accurately. The RTS 330/410/510 comes with easily removable nip rollers, making it the user friendly solution for all sheeting applications.
